Our #GlobalShtetl series' (long-awaited) Part 2 of our visit to DETROIT, MI features chopping cabbage with Carly and the menschn at Yad Ezra Food Bank, eating goat milk chocolate at Mongers' Provisions with cheesemonger Zachary Berg and hanging with entrepreneur Jacob Evan Smith at Detroit Institute of Bagels (duh).
